The system is based on Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services, a collaborative platform with document management functionality, and an accelerator from Microsoft that was originally designed to support the Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. The accelerator has been configured by Wildnet to meet the regulatory requirements introduced in the UK by the Financial Services Authority in 2005. |
