Wildnet completes the solution life cycle with its hosting and support services. This comprises day-to-day support of Wildnet solutions and ongoing systems evolution, through to full management and hosting. We deliver services globally, against industry leading service levels, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Support:
Wildnet support services provide:

  • An agreed number of support consultancy days per annum used to rectify issues, introduce enhancements, and administer the Wild Commercial solution
  • Guaranteed sub 8 hour support consultant resource availability
  • Access to support help desk available during normal UK business hours
  • Access to Web-based call logging and tracking capability available 24 hours a day

Hosting:
Wildnet’s hosting service allows customers to pass all responsibility for running their solution to Wildnet. It ensures high system availability, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Wildnet hosting services are delivered from Colt Communications data centres. We offer a unique pro-active technique for system performance monitoring which allows us to take pre-emptive action on behalf of our customers before application and hardware faults occur.
