Alpine Risk Services LLP (Alpine) has provided funding for Wildnet to meet their future expansion plans. Alpine partners will also be taking representation on the new Board moving ahead with Francis de Zulueta and Mark Storey both becoming Non Executive Directors.
“We have managed to grow the business substantially since the MBO in April 2004,” commented Mark Birrell, “We believe that Wildnet is strongly positioned in the software and consulting sector for the insurance market and that we are entering a phase where we are seeing a growing momentum in demand for our services.
