Wildnet Launches New Contract Certainty Solution

20.06.05 - Wildnet announced today that it is launching a new solution designed to solve the challenges that the market is facing around contract certainty. Wild Certainty, the fourth solution in the range, is being implemented for their first customer and will go live in Q4 this year.

“Contract certainty is the most important business issue facing the insurance market today” commented Mark Birrell, Chief Executive of Wildnet. “The commercial, as well as regulatory, reasons are compelling. We believe that this is the first technology solution in the market totally focussed on providing help, for both brokers and underwriters, to meet their requirement for contract certainty and FSA regulations.”

Mark Birrell continued ” The commercial impetus for contract certainty is compelling: reduced risk, greater business efficiency and an increase in customer satisfaction. We recognise that this is about people as well as technology; and we are providing the right tool to help our customers deal with some of their legacy problems, and give their staff the ability to solve this issue”

Wild Certainty will generate quotes, cover notes and policy documentation in an efficient and timely manner by:

  • re-using data across all the documents they have to produce in order to eliminate the rekeying
    that is endemic
  • generating policy wordings prior to, or at the time, of binding, and
  • increasing productivity so that lead times are reduced and staff time is used more efficiently.

Wild Certainty, which is built on Microsoft .Net technology, is a web based application that supports multiple authorised users. It maintains a series of editable document templates as well as a library of clauses. Users capture and store contract data only once. They then merge this with the required templates, from which they can select the clauses they wish to include,
customise and format text, include reference data and view prior to production.
