10.07.02 - Wildnet Group, the market leading e-commerce services provider to the insurance and reinsurance industry, has successfully installed its Wildcargo software within Navigators Management Company Inc, a subsidiary of The Navigators Group Inc. The Wildcargo software is Wildnet’s first licensed software product to go live within a customer environment and is available to view and to trade, on the website www.navcargo.com
The new NAVCARGO website has been launched to provide US-based Brokers and Assureds with a unique e-commerce method to manage every aspect of their cargo insurance programmes.
The NAVCARGO website, although based on tried and tested core software, includes bespoke functionality developed to meet Navigators’ specific business requirements. Specific features include:
- Applications providing rates for all types of interests and voyages
- Electronic Certificates of Insurance
- Reports for Multi-Declarations, Warehouse Coverage and Domestic Transit
- Premiums for each certificate are calculated automatically
- At the beginning of each month, the designated agent will receive an e-mail summarising the prior month's activity with all premium details
- All Certificates of Insurance automatically include the name and full contact details for the Lloyd's surveyor nearest to the destination city
