Wildnet, the leading provider of web-based front office solutions to the insurance market is further enhancing its Wild Commercial online trading platform by providing a direct interface with SharePoint and Outlook thus incorporating a fully integrated email and document management solution. The enhancement means when Wild Commercial triggers email communications and documentation at key events, for example, quote, policy issuance, MTAs, renewals, cancellation and claim notification, all emails and documents are intelligently stored within SharePoint. The User Experience has also been enhanced to allow access to these documents directly from Wild Commercial, SharePoint and Outlook plus Users can also upload ad-hoc documentation via these means in order to centralize all information and documentation.
“Wild Commercial can generate a large number of quote and policy related documentation by email,” explained Mark Birrell CEO of Wildnet “so it is critical for insurers, brokers and MGAs to manage documents contained within these emails more efficiently. Wildnet has recognised this need in the market and have enhanced the document management component of Wild Commercial to enable the efficient management of documents in a shared environment.”
In conjunction with their partner Colligo, Wildnet also provides an excellent solution for email management within Wild Commercial. Users can easily add emails and files to SharePoint/Wild Commercial and with email metadata being automatically captured, the solution ensures that important information is not only accessible, but structured and easy to find using the advanced search features of SharePoint. This makes Wild Commercial an even more compelling proposition.
